With Hivelion, our goal is to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we are here to help.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • The item must be in its original packaging
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons, including:

  • Personal care and beauty devices that have been used or opened
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Gift cards

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • description of the issue
  • Clear photos or videos of the item

Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order. After this time, the order may already be processed and shipped.
